"I wanted to support women through an experience that impacted their confidence, identity, and wellbeing".
Meet Fiona Coffee
My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 54 - not far from the age I am now. At the time, I had no knowledge of how to support her through hair loss. I felt completely helpless. I remember the moment it truly hit me… my mum was going to lose all of her hair.
She went through that journey largely alone, without guidance, knowledge, or support around what to expect.
• Would her hair grow back? If it did, would it ever feel the same?
• What could she do to support her scalp and regrowth?
These are the questions so many women still face today.
After over 30 years in the hairdressing industry, working closely with clients, I saw first-hand how deeply hair loss affects women - not just physically, but emotionally. What began as simply listening to my clients’ stories grew into a passion to understand more. That passion led me to train as a certified Trichologist.
Today, I am based in Hastings, offering private, one-to-one trichology consultations. I specialise in supporting women experiencing hair thinning and miniaturisation during menopause, helping to identify patterns of hair loss and the possible contributing factors.
With a strong focus on scalp health, I provide a compassionate, science-led approach giving you the knowledge, support, and personalised guidance you need to feel more confident in your hair journey.
You are not alone - and you don’t have to navigate this without support.
